Born with the condition of achondroplasia or genetic dwarfism, Singaporean advertising strategist Ci En Lee might be the shortest person anywhere but he often towers over others with his optimism and ambition to make a difference. He joins Proudly Asian this week to talk about his experience living in different cities in Asia (and how accessible each city is), and how he hopes to change the stigma and perceptions around people with disabilities with the work he does.
