Proudly Asian Launches Proudly Asian Food Month

For the month of mid-July to mid-August, Proudly Asian launches Proudly Asian Food Month which is a month-long series that highlights underrepresented Asian cuisines and communities around the world. The series features chefs and food entrepreneurs including Lao-American Persnal Chef Saeng Douangdara, Burmese entrepreneur and Common Abode Co-Founder Nelson Htoo, Tibetan-American Chef Kyikyi who is the founder of America’s first Tibetan frozen food brand Himalayan Dumplings, and Captain Softmeal Queenie Man.
