Photo Gallery: Proudly Asian 2nd Anniversary Event

At Soho House Hong Kong, Proudly Asian celebrated its second anniversary with Asian changemakers and entrepreneurs from around the world. Among the guests, they included previous guests on the Proudly Asian podcast and early supporters based in Hong Kong.

Launched in 2022, Proudly Asian is a global destination for cultural awareness and appreciation with an aim to raise the collective voice of the global Asian Pacific community. Its flagship podcast Proudly Asian started off with a goal of challenging harmful biases and stereotypes about Asians and Asian diasporas around the globe. The pilot season released five episodes, and two years on, the Proudly Asian podcast has since released over 82 episodes with a global audience from over 35 countries tuning in regularly.

“At Proudly Asian, we want to show possibilities, not limitations. We want to inspire everyone around us to see individuals before skin colours, see abilities before disabilities,” said Isabel Wong, Founder and Podcast Host of Proudly Asian at the event.
